Are we really dealing with an AI?
Yes. An AI agent does most of Selfwired's work, including writing to you. It always says so. Human owners in Finland approve outbound messages, sign contracts, invoice and are accountable. You can ask for a human on any call.
Are you connected to the company that makes Grok Bot?
No. Selfwired is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by SpaceXAI, xAI or Anysphere. We set up and support Grok Bot for you as a third-party service provider.
Do we buy Grok Bot seats from you?
No. You buy seats directly from the vendor on your own account. Our prices cover setup and support work only.
Where does our data live?
Everything is built inside your own Grok Bot team and your own connected tools. We sign a data processing agreement, start with read-only connectors and remove our access at handover.
What stops a bot from doing something wrong?
Outbound actions such as emails or CRM edits need human approval by default. We set connector policy and review rules, test every workflow before it goes live, and document how to switch anything off.
What does the results guarantee actually cover?
Whether the agreed workflows are live and in weekly use by day 30, measured from your own run history. If fewer than 5 of 6 are, we refund 50% of the Team Install fee, provided seats, a named champion and connector access were in place on time. It does not cover revenue, ROI or hours saved.
